With a background in Health Science, certification as a Sensory Intelligence™ Practitioner, and years of commercial experience, Ngahina brings a practical and fresh perspective to the role our everyday environments play in how we feel, function, and interact with others.

Her session will explore how our individual sensory preferences can influence our energy, focus, mood, and interactions. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of why you may be drawn to certain habits, hobbies, or even holidays, and how sensory preferences can help explain some of the differences we notice in the people around us.
