In her keynote, Jo will share personal stories and practical insights to help women overcome self-doubt, step beyond their comfort zones, and make courageous decisions aligned with their values. She’ll inspire women to reconnect with what matters most and lead, live, and show up each day with greater purpose, passion, and presence.

Meet Your Hosts: Racheal White and Jodie Moar

Racheal White is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of healthcare experience and is passionate about helping people take a more proactive approach to their health and wellbeing. As an entrepreneur, lifelong learner, and advocate for women, Rachel encourages women to step into their confidence, purpose, and potential.

Jodie Moar is a Paediatrics Registered Nurse, counsellor, educator, and author with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families. She helps parents better understand their children’s behaviour, emotions, and development while supporting families to feel more confident, connected, and empowered.
