Guest Speaker: Kathleen Mavropoulos

Kathleen Mavropoulos is a mum of three, Transformational Life Coach, and founder of Mother Bloomed, a space dedicated to supporting women through the identity shift of motherhood and beyond.

Having experienced firsthand what it feels like to become a mum and no longer recognise the woman you once were, Kathleen helps women understand what has changed, uncover the beliefs and expectations shaping their lives, and redefine who they want to be as both a woman and a mum.

In her session, Kathleen will encourage women to question what being a “good mum” or a “good woman” really means to them, challenge the expectations they’ve been living by, and reconnect with their own ambitions, desires, and sense of possibility. She’ll explore how women can turn what they want for themselves into real choices and meaningful action.

At the heart of Mother Bloomed is the belief that you don’t have to choose between the woman and the mum you want to be. Both can exist, and you can intentionally create a life that makes room for each. Motherhood isn’t where you lose yourself. It’s an opportunity to rediscover who you are, decide who you want to become, and start living as that woman.

Samantha is the founder of The One Day Project and a business coach for women who are ready to stop sitting on their ideas and start turning what they know into clients and income.

She believes in less overthinking, over-preparing, and waiting for confidence, and more meaningful movement and backing yourself enough to take action. As an Iconic Women Event Leader, Sam is passionate about creating a room where women genuinely connect, support each other, and straighten each other’s crowns.
