Having experienced her own life-changing transitions, Vicki understands what it feels like to ask, "What's next?" Through mentoring, speaking, and community, she empowers women to reconnect with who they are, build confidence, and create a meaningful next chapter. Vicki also serves as a Board Member of the Youth Enterprise Trust, supporting young people in developing confidence, leadership, and life skills.
